材料:
A:2 Cup All Purpose Flour 中筋麵粉
1 Cup Sugar 細砂糖
11/2 t Baking Powder 泡打粉
1 t Salt 鹽
1/2 t Baking Soda 小蘇打
B:1 Egg 全蛋
1 t Orange peel
(grated) 橙皮磨細末
3/4 Cup Orange Juice 柳橙汁
C:11/2 Cup Raisins 葡萄乾
11/2 Cup Fresh/Frozen 新鮮或冷凍的蔓越莓切塊
Cranberries
(chopped)
D:1/4 Cup Butter
做法:
1. Sift A together in a large bowl. 將材料A置於大盆中
2. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. 拌入室溫奶油
3. Add B all at once. 加入材料B
4. Stir until mixture is evenly moist. 將全部材料拌勻
5. Fold in C 拌入材料C
6. 將麵糊倒入烤模(我用loaf pan)
溫度 350F 烤 70 分鐘。
